Earn Extra Money Now!
The choice to "earn extra money now" is clear once it is no longer a matter of "why" or "when."
Here Is A Course of Action To Help You
Objective #1 - Get Motivated
When you get motivated, you start to move away from dreamland, ready to take steps forward. No more delays, no more putting off this pressing need to earn extra income, which is gnawing away at you.
No more thinking that someone else is going to take care of that need. You’re not off the hook. Only you can do this.
For many, the desire to earn extra money is only a dream. Some refer to it as a nightmare, it's where all your hopes gets lost.
That dream often repeats itself and is elusive, and the steps to begin a home business to make extra money do not become clear and distinct. It lacks the proper environment to develop it.
When the timing issue is settled, meaning “it’s now”, you have reached the first major break-through. You’re starting to get motivated.
Work on your motivation by doing the things that build upon themselves, and your motivation will pick up speed.
The best way to get motivated is to:
Objective #2 - Set Your Compass - The Focus
Even before you begin your business, a major decision awaits you that could spell disaster if you don't address it in a timely way. It has to do with whether you have chosen the main focus of the business. For example: make extra money.
Setting your compass, choosing your focus, having a main purpose for your business; these all mean the same thing.
A helpful saying that I like comes from a popular motivational speaker named Les Brown. He says, “What you focus on the longest becomes the strongest.”
Many would say that making money is the obvious focus or desired result, the main purpose for starting a business.
Not necessarily. Making money is an elusive pursuit for people, more than you might think. Being a dreamer is not the only thing that happens to people.
Dreamers get lost and aimlessly wander. They get stuck in an overwhelming environment filled with too many options, too much information, and too many misleading ideas presented to them.
Dreamers don’t have a driving purpose. They haven't learned to focus. They need a compass just like those who are successful.
Say to yourself, “It is time to focus on making money.”
Make it mean that it’s time for you to put things in order so that nothing gets in the way of making the extra money you have set your sights on.
Make it mean that you want everything you do to be driven by that focus. When you do, I would say that your motivation has begun to kick in, you are in gear, and ready to make wise business decisions.
What is the primary function your business must have success in? This is an important choice for you to make now. This is where your focus should be.
Choosing the purpose of the business before you choose the product or service leads you to take steps in the right order. And each step will support each other as well as your main focus.
It could be that you are taken up with the idea to promote, advertise, endorse, sponsor, publicize or present a product or service.
Maybe it's just something you want to do to occupy your time and keep yourself busy. You may not be so concerned about making money.
Maybe you just want to fulfill a long-time dream?
Maybe you want to turn a hobby into a business?
When you choose the purpose of the business first, then you can start planning. You align your expectations, and the results then will not totally surprise you. And if you initially do not get the outcome you want, you can easily make adjustments where needed for better results.
If you do not start out with a clear purpose, then you’re saying that any result will do.
Be sure you have a good compass
Then lay out a business plan, a good map
A business plan is very important to have in order to achieve success. It’s something that identifies important points along the pathway.
A compass on the other hand is an important tool for success because it sets the direction. The compass with a map will show where the business is in relation to the direction you’re headed so your goal can be reached.
A compass is like setting the purpose for what you want to achieve in the business. All the steps of the plan, the map, verify that the focus is actually being supported and adhered to.
The map gives you the step-by-step procedure to follow. All the steps laid out should promote the main purpose. No step is taken which isn’t driven by the purpose. Is it to earn extra income? If it is, then identify and set all the conditions for its success ahead of everything else.
What about your decision on where to work the business to make money? Is it to open a storefront? Is it to make money from home, or to make money online? To work online is a popular pursuit these days, especially since unemployment is so high and the economy and housing markets are at crisis levels as well.
Your quest to earn extra money is going to require that you do things that are closely related to the purpose you have chosen. When you do this, success becomes more evitable. There will be less of a chance to be disappointed with the results.
Again, some people will say that making extra money is an obvious target. It may be an unspoken target, but is it the driver? Decide on what will be the primary purpose and let it be the driver. Make it drive every decision you make regarding the business.
Now then, your decision to make extra money will undoubtedly present you with another big dilemma, which is, how to earn money. What business opportunity will be the vehicle that you choose to take you on the journey? You should qualify a business that fits you so that you know what business to start.
How to Earn Extra Money
Have you ever noticed that normally this is where most people begin to start their money making pursuit? First they try to figure out the various ways to earn money, what kind of business to become involved with to earn extra money.
Another common driver is they say “I want a home business." They don’t try first to choose a primary goal, and they don’t know the degree to which they need to succeed with it to be satisfied. They put the cart before the horse.
If your purpose is to promote, advertise, publicize or present a product, then when you don't make any profits, you won't be too disappointed. In this case, your main goal is to present a product.
If your purpose is to occupy your time and keep yourself busy, than when you find yourself being occupied and being busy, this should be satisfactory. It's your requirement for success.
If your business purpose is to take control by making contact with people, you can be satisfied because you are a people person. As long as you keep meeting people and interact with them, you're happy. You've fulfilled your purpose for business. Making extra money is a side issue.
Whatever you choose as the main purpose to be in business should be the driving force and should permeate every aspect of your business decisions.
This will produce more satisfactory results. The results may not be exactly what you had envisioned, but if changes need to be made, they will be less difficult to make.
If the purpose of your business is to earn extra money, then center your thoughts on that purpose first and make it permeate every aspect of the decisions you make. Then you can research the type of business that fits, and the appropriate goals will follow.
If the purpose is to earn extra money now, at a satisfactory level, there are things about that which require thought. You don't just say, "I want to be profitable and make lots of extra money!"
Planning – Your map comes in two parts.
Objective #3 – Map 1 - Plan the Outcome
Yes, plan for the outcome you want. This is part 1. How do you want things to be as you do the business? Set the criteria so that you know what they are and make them a part of your due diligence in choosing a business.
Here are some examples of things you might want to consider to be a part of how you do business.
Do I want a brick and mortar location?
Do I want to be on a 9 - 5 schedule?
How do I want to receive compensation for the time and effort I invest in the business?
Will I be satisfied to work on my own?
Do I want to start from scratch each new month, or do I want to earn residual income and build an organization month upon month?
Do I want to work with people and help them so that my earnings depend not only on the result of my efforts but include results of the efforts of those I team with, coach and encourage?
You should ask yourself questions like: What kind of compensation system do I want to work with?
Do I want to work only for commission?
Maybe you have consciously chosen residual income as a form of compensation or maybe a combination of multiple streams of income for your efforts.
What level of compensation am I willing for, how much extra money will I be satisfied with? Does it have to be in the 1,000’s of dollars?
Can I be satisfied to learn how to make a $100 and then try to increase it to $500 or more by improving or multiplying the process?
If you are open to the whole gamut of what it means to be in business and you have no strong motivation toward any industry, you may be in a very enviable position.
A person in this position is best served by first choosing the primary purpose to earn extra money and, secondly, choosing the best product or service. You must study what the different conditions are that bring this about, including things such as:
1) What is the level of investment required and will I be best served investing at that level to earn extra income now?
2) What is the return on investment and the time frame for a decent earnings' picture?
3) If I want to build an organization, how do the requirements of the business affect my ability to earn extra money now?
4) Is residual income a key part of the compensation package, or must I start from scratch each month?
5) Is the business itself simple in its operation?
6) Is the business trending in its early stages and just about ready to take off? Or where does it stand for growth or popularity so the ability to earn extra money now is possible.
When you have settled these issues, and other issues that you need to put in place the level of expectation you have has a better chance of developing, and the satisfaction you derive from the business, will have a high likelihood of emerging.
Now you can move ahead and work the plan. Make changes as you go along, knowing that you have just begun and what you have laid out are conditions that appeal to you.
Objective #4 – Map 2 - Plan the Business
Yes, now you can plan the business. Now you can start your evaluation on the business opportunities that you have been bombarded with and some other opportunities you are familiar with.
Since you have a business focus plus different components you have personally chosen through planning(map 1), you can put that all together now to investigate the ideal business for you.
Some general business categories to consider for a business on the internet are network marketing, multilevel marketing, and affiliate marketing just to name a few. Weedout most of the opportunnities because alot of them will not fit inspite of their claims that anyone can be successful at it.
Don’t be afraid to qualify a business opportunity to find out what business to start that would be the best home business that fits you?
Again, this is when you match the plan for the desired outcome you have selected with business types to see how closely they will fit, how closely they support your main purpose. You want to do your due diligence here.
Objective #5 - Work Your Plan
Working the plan means that you put all the conclusions you have collected, from your motivation, to your purpose, to your focus, and onto the implementation of your maps, to getting your choice of business opportunity on the road.
Working the plan includes another element called “re-working” the plan. This means that you revisit and refine different elements of the business you are working as they come to your attention. Re-work and repeat is an ongoing process. Good luck!
P.S. - Just Consider Again
If your main purpose to begin a business is to earn extra money, then the next steps are to get focused, do your planning, do your due diligence in investigating the best business opportunity, then work the plan and rework and repeat again and again.
Often people select the line of business first and then check out how compensation will take place. This means that the compensation plan will be subjugated to the product itself, and you quite possibly will end up compromising your idea of the compensation you wanted.
The product is an important choice to make because you want a product that has high quality and has a high market appeal. A service that is both needed and popular should match the highest purpose that you have determined for your business.
If you choose a service or product as your number one priority, then you will have to accept how the industry standard in general compensates owners in this type of business.
You might choose the service industry because this is where you have a high level of experience, and you know in advance the level of compensation to expect. From the start, you're going in with a certain expectation.
The intent of this business model is to help you see that you can work a business which builds upon itself. If you are patient and seriously wanting to make extra money now click here.
Whether it’s to turn on your motivation, sharpen your focus, choosing as much of the outcomes you want into the business, to re-working and refining the elements of the business, they all work together and build upon each other.
You’re setting yourself up for success.
